Terms and Conditions:

Expo Fees

• All Expo Fees are non-refundable
• All Expo Fees are non-transferable

Payments

• Credit Card – BAW accepts MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover
• Invoice - Terms = net due 30 days. Include a copy of invoice with your payment
• All fees are to be paid in U.S. dollars
• Fees must be received by BAW prior to the start of the event
• All fees are subject to change

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Reschedule or Cancellation request must be received in writing by BAW at least 31 days prior to the start of any event, expo and/or seminar.
• Written notice must be sent to BAW Ventures at PO Box 1509 / Grapevine, TX 76099 or inquiry@bawventure.com
• Less than 30 days until event = 0% Refund
• Greater than 31 days until event = 50% Refund
• BAW reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, expo and/or seminar. Normally, at least 30 days written notice will be provided to registered attendees. In the event of a course cancellation by BAW, any payment made for the cancelled course will be refunded.
• Force Majeure – BAW shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the hosting of a course if such failure or delay is caused by fire, flood, strike or other labor interruption, terrorism, war, riot, an act of God, an act of government, insurrection, civil disturbance or other cause beyond BAW’s reasonable control

BAW Events

• BAW reserves the right to use all audio, video, and photographic footage from any BAW event, expo and/or seminar for future promotions
• All registrations are accepted based on BAW’s approval
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted at any BAW Event, expo or seminar
