2010 Expo Volunteer Opportunities

Lend a hand while learning from the best. We need student and professional volunteers for the upcoming Entrepreneur Expo in Fort Worth. Volunteers will receive free entry to the Expo and will get to personally meet BAW executives along with numerous authors and speakers during the event. Volunteer registration will end August 1, 2010 for the 2010 Entrepreneur Expo.

Volunteers play a critical role in the Expo’s success each year. In turn, we provide a rewarding experience and a rare opportunity for you to interact with and learn from Texas’ top entrepreneurs. To apply for one of the volunteer opportunities below simply fill out and submit the form below. All volunteers will be interviewed and must adhere to a dress code appropriate for the Expo.

Marketing Support

Volunteers interested in assisting with the Expo’s promotional efforts will be responsible for information distribution leading up to the conference in Sept. The BAW team will provide you with marketing collateral and distribution locations throughout the DFW area.

Host Assistants

As a BAW host assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside session hosts, providing support for audio/visual needs, attendee check-in and information distribution.

BAW Reception & General Assistance

Volunteers will be needed for the entire session and you may be asked to assist with a number of responsibilities to ensure a seamless event execution. Event operations will include (but are not limited to) greeting attendees, information distribution, merchandise sales, host sign-in, booth assistance, and food & beverage service.
